Techniques to make more easier

 

1 kg ground pork with 100 grms to 150grms fats

1/2 c finely chop carrots

1/2 c finely chop green bell pepper

1/2 c finely chop red bell pepper

1/4 c chop sweet pickled cucumber

1/4 c raisins

1 c finely chop onions white or red or purple is ok

3 to 5 slices of bread

1/4 c flour

1/4 c cornstarch

1 to 2 eggs

1 T salt

1/2 t msg (optional)

1 t ground black pepper or crushed peppercorn

1 t kikkoman soy sauce or any soysauce

1 T dijon mustard

1 T tomato ketchup
