12 egg yolk
1 can evap milk
1 can condense
1 tsp vanilla
sugar (For caramel)
steam bath po yung ginamit ko ( bake for 45 min in oven in 180 Fahrenheit
For graham de leche
1 pack graham crackers
1 condense (you can add if you want it to be more sweet)
2 all purpose cream
** mix the all purpose cream using a hand mixer until it became fluffy then add the condense milk (mix again)
** then layer mo na yung crackers at cream
alternate lang parang nagawa ng normal graham (pero ang ginawa ko 3-4 layers lang gusto ko kasi madami yung cream) depende naman yan sa gusto mo😊
then lagay mo na yung leche flan sa ibabaw tingal ko yung sauce ny bago ko ilagay.
then lagyan mo ulit ng cream yung paligid yung level lang sa leche flan mo para di matabunan.
